Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the iOS app, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Jayla → Cancel. For web subscriptions, go to Profile → Manage Subscription in the app.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Jayla → go to the Upgrade page → tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored if it's still active.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email us at support@jayla.app.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What AI does Jayla use?

Jayla uses Anthropic's Claude for practice coaching and chat. Your prompts are processed in real time and are not used to train AI models.
